  2. 1. Introduction:
    - Who is who?: Walking together, introducing ourselves. We had to remember each others names, age, profession or status.
    - Blanket game: People were divided into two groups, between them there was a blanekt, so they couldn’t see each other, and when the blanket came down they had to guess each other’s name.
    • Energizer: Ball game: people had to remember their numbers and had to throw the ball to the next number.
    2. Team-bulidling:
    - Sculpture game: people had to walk and after each pause they had to show an emotion. Later they had to stop and make a statue, which had to be completed with another person’s act. Later on they all had to complete one sculpture several times.
    • Energizer: People were sitting on a chair, one of them was standing in the centre of the circle and he had to ask other to change their seat if they have for e.g. whote socks.
    3. Self-knowledge:
    - Each person received papers of three colours (three of each) and had to write about their expectations, fears and contributions towards their future or actual job, then show one emotion of their choice and to the group in form of a little performance. Afterwards they pinned their papers on the wall.
    • Energizer: Japanese game
    4. Concentration:
    - Eveybody sat on the floor and closed their eyes and listened to their breath, tried to felt one part of body which hurted, then concentrated on another part which felt comfortable, dreamed of a job which would make them happy, comfortable. They did not have to take into consideration any constraints such as money, expectations of their parents, working conditions in their own country. After that they opened their eyes and started to write their feelings on the paper distributed to them without thinking. After they were done, they chose an object which represents
    - the job in their mind and put it in a secure place. Then they started to walk and kept eye contact with the chosen object. If the object was not in a secure place, they had the chance to change the place of it in the turn. After that they were supposed to choose a partner and express their feelings to their partner without words- after the nonverbal sharing, they were supposed to discuss their feelings with their partner.
    5. Reflexion: Discussion about the activities and feelings of the 2 hour training.

  4. From its beginning, the program was a great opportunity to learn a lot of non-formal educational methods such as attention and connectivity games, brainstorming, self-consciousness practices and many other similar methods. The best way to prove that we are already familiar with these methods was to teach it to other people, and this is what happened yesterday, on the 31st of july, when it was our turn to assume the role of the trainers, so we prepared a short program for a group of five unknown persons form Budapest. Since the topic of our activity is the youth unemployment, we were focusing our attention on improving the way our ‘students’ see themselves and their qualities, and we decided that the best way we can help them is by bringing them closer to their wishes, by trying to make it more clear what it was that they really wanted to do in life and how they can get closer to the job they’re dreaming about, by following their passions. In order to achieve our objectives, we decided to use five of the exercises we learned.
To make this training easier and funny we decided to divide it in three parts.
    • Introducing ourselves.
o The running game. We made music with the bongos while everybody is walking in the room. When the music stops everyone has to find a partner and introduce him\herself with a little presentation (name, age, country).
o The clapping game. We make a rithym with our claps and one person has to say his or her name with one clap and the name of the other person in the circle with the other hand.

    • Brainstorming.
o The ME game. We give a paper to everyone in the room and they have to write the most and the less important things about their jobs.
o The job interview. We have a paper with a lot of possible questions in a job interview. We ask to our participants three questions and we tell them if they answer them in the correct way.

    • The end game.
o The balls game. To remember our job and the jobs of the others we put a paper in our chest with the name of the job that wich would like to practise in the future. After, using balls we have to throw it to another person saying our job. At first we only use one ball but little by little we introduce more balls to complicate the game.
